Product description Machine harvested. Cold stabulation for 24 hours to preserve aromatics, followed by a 14-day alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation was blocked to retain acidity. Trésor shows superb chalky aromas alongside juicy apricot fruits, elegant floral notes and a hint of strawberry and sweet spice. Good tension and energy on the palate, with exciting concentration to the fruit, finishing on citrus and jasmine.
