Product description The grapes are manually harvested at optimal ripeness, with yields of around 160 qq/ha, balancing freshness and varietal expression. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks at 24–26 °C, then aged for five months in concrete before bottling, highlighting purity and freshness. Deep violet with aromas of blackberry, plum and floral notes. The palate is juicy and vibrant, with fresh dark fruit, soft tannins and a smooth, balanced finish.
