Product description The grapes are destemmed and very gently pressed in an pneumatic press. The juice is chilled to facilitate natural separation from the sediment. After racking, selected yeasts are added to initiate alcoholic fermentation. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled conditions at 18°C in stainless steel tanks for 10-15 days. A crisp white with lovely aromas of lemon, lime and apple. Easy drinking and refreshing.
