The wine undergoes cool fermentation to preserve its aromatic qualities, with no oak influence for a fresh, fruit-forward style. Maceration and pressing are done gently and It is fermented entirely in stainless steel. Expressive wine with aromas of tropical fruits such as passionfruit and guava, complemented by citrus zest and a touch of gooseberry.
