Product description Reserve 26 is a unique non-vintage Champagne, consisting of 50% of a single vintage (in this case 2021), with the remaining 50% of the blend coming from their ‘Reserve Perpetuelle’ a solera of wine consisting of all vintages between 1996 and 2020. An equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from three Premier Crus: Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne, and Ludes. First fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation completed. Aged on lees for 30 months. Delicate aromas of white flowers with notes of apple, pear and apricot.
