Product description Davy’s White Burgundy is sourced from Domaine Chêne, near La Roche-Vineuse and Saint-Véran and made exclusively for Davy’s. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with commercial yeast, followed by lees ageing. Pumping-over employed during vinification, with full malolactic fermentation. Grapes are destemmed and sorted before fermentation. A rewarding Burgundy wine that offers flavours of ripe fruit with hints of butter and nuttiness.
