Product description Grapes are carefully handpicked from select vineyards in Mendoza, Argentina, known for their high-altitude terroirs that impart freshness and concentration to the fruit. Hand-picked in March, with Syrah harvested earlier than Cabernet. Fermented in stainless steel with selected yeasts, followed by 10 days of skin maceration with daily pump-overs and délestage.
