Product description Green harvesting and leaf removal followed by hand-picking at full ripeness, parcel by parcel. Aged in vats for 18 months. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats with an extended maceration period of 20-25 days, guided by the expertise of Michel Rolland’s team. The wine then ages in vats for 18 months, refining its flavours and complexity before bottling. Elegant and medium to full bodied with robust red berry and cherry aromas follow through to blackberries and liquorice on the palate.
