Product description Grapes sourced from approx. 10-year-old vines planted at a density of 3,600 vines/ha. The vineyards are located in the Rhône Valley near Sérignan-du-Comtat, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with warm summers and the cooling effect of the mistral. Traditional rosé vinification techniques. The grapes are machine-harvested and fermented at low temperatures. The wine is pressed gently to extract minimal colour and tannins. Light and delicate rosé with a burst of wild berries aromas. It has a round and refreshing palate with red berry fruit flavours and a delicate touch of salinity.
