Product description This wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the Michet, Lampia, and Rosè varieties, grown at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level. Vinification follows the traditional Barolo method, with fermentation for 15-20 days at 26°C. Fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel. Matured in Slavonian and French oak for 2 years, followed by 12 months in bottle. Complex nose with fresh crushed berries, violets and herbal notes. Velvety and rich on the palate with firm tannins and great length.
