Product description The vineyards are located at an altitude of 700 meters in the Cariñena DO, within the Iberian Mountains’ foothills. The vineyards span 2,800 hectares, and the vines are carefully selected for maximum varietal expression of Carignan (Cariñena). The wine is fermented in stainless steel vessels with commercial yeast, ensuring a controlled and precise fermentation process. This method preserves the wine’s fresh fruit character and balance. Aromas of wild strawberry, blackberry alongside subtle spicy notes and hints of herbs. Round on the palate with a firm acidity and well defined tannins.
