Product description Low vine yields and regenerative vineyard practices ensure quality and sustainability. Each grape variety is sourced from a single estate, with only the finest fruit carefully selected. In exceptional vintages, only the finest grapes are selected. Harvested at peak ripeness, each variety ferments separately with native yeasts before ageing for around 24 months in new oak—American for Tempranillo, French for Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep cherry red in colour, the nose reveals intense aromas of black fruits, chocolate, coffee, and warm spices, with subtle toasted notes. The palate is powerful and flavourful, well balanced between ripe fruit and refined oak character.
