The vines are cultivated sustainably on clay-limestone soils, with hand-harvesting ensuring optimal grape quality. Fermentation occurs in barrels, with 45% new oak, followed by ageing on lees to enhance texture and complexity. Aromas of citrus fruits, yellow apple, and a touch of vanilla.
