Product description 100% estate-grown grapes from the Dealul Uberland vineyard in the Transylvania/Banat region near Romania’s city of Timisoara. 25% of the grapes underwent carbonic maceration for 10 days, while the remaining 75% were destemmed, crushed, and fermented at 25°C in stainless steel tanks. After separate pressing, the non-carbonic wine was aged for 2 months with French oak staves. Juicy with notes of cherries and raspberries, with a touch of spice. Soft tannins lead to a round and velvety finish, with hints of eucalyptus.
