Product description A superb Monopole (single ownership vineyard) in the heart of the village, where Pinot Noir vines are between 40 and 70 years old. Vinification lasts 12 days in temperature-controlled vats with a pre-fermentation cold maceration lasting 3 to 5 days. Aged for 12 months in oak and another 6 months in stainless steel before bottling. Elegant, expressive, ripe strawberry and a touch of pepper on the nose. Light in structure but not without depth – pure and focused, blackcurrant, strawberry and crunchy cherry – some toast and sweet tannins with satisfying length.
