These tests are not required by law: For the safety of customers, Brandrup voluntarily subjects the seat covers to the same rigorous testing and manufacturing processes that apply to standard car seats. These tests are not conducted at just any testing facility, but rather at the same facility where standard seats are tested Headrest Information To fit the backrests with Second Skin seat covers, the headrests must first be removed. Release them by firmly pressing the release button located under the original seat cover. You must feel for the exact pressure point.
