Product description Hand harvested from 25 year old vines. Fermented for 12 days at 26°C with délestage for optimal colour and aroma extraction. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in Slavonian and French oak with regular monitoring. Deep and fragrant bouquet dominated by ripe berry fruits and vanilla.
