Slightly savoury too, just rolls around and wants you to rub its’ soft belly. FIXIN DOMAINE ALBERT BICHOT 2018 RED  13.5% £ 34.49 BURGUNDY. A single village Pinot Noir that isn’t quite as famous as the neighbours hence better value. Single Domaine, family wine. CHATEAU LE PEUY SAINCRIT BORDEAUX SUPERIOR 2023 RED 15.0% £ 13.55 BORDEAUX. 85% Merlot, 15% Cab Sauv A supple, plummy Claret with chocolate and delicate spice that punches above its weight. MONTAGNE ST EMILION CHAT. TOUR BEL AIR 2022 RED 14.5% £ 15.59 BORDEAUX. rich red fruit so typical of a St Émilion satellite merlot, there’s also a crisp edge and a bit of uplift.
