Description Domaine Geantet-Pansiot – a Two-Star Estate in “Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France”! Often nicknamed the “Two Dogs Embracing a Tree” estate (though the label actually features wolves!). Domaine Geantet-Pansiot is located in Gevrey-Chambertin and was founded in 1954. The estate controls 13 hectares of premier vineyards. The grapes are hand-harvested and go through four rounds of sorting. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, and the wines are aged in oak barrels for approximately 14 months.
