Matured in Oroloro Sherry and Californian red wine casks, the nose is characterised by notes of fresh blackcurrants, floral grass and aged oak. Toffee with coffee cream and root ginger are felt on the palate and the finish is long, sweet and peppery. Served neat or with a few drops of water.
