Matured in Px Sherry Sherry and ex Bourbon casks, the nose is characterised by notes of smoky ice cream, delicate floral and sweet oak. On the palate one can taste campfire smoke, almonds, raisins and white chocolate. The finish is long with sweet smoke. Served neat or with few drops of water.
