Matured for 19 years in PX Sherry casks, on the nose it has dark liquorice sticks and aged oak with floral notes. The palate is characterised by liquorice sticks, dried apricots, almonds and nutmeg. The finish is long with a dry sweetness. Enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
