Product description Made from vines with an average age of 30 to 35, grown on south-east-facing slopes. Hand-harvested. Vinification includes pneumatic pressing, 100% malolactic fermentation, and gentle extraction at low pressure. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, followed by 12 months of maturation on its lees. Aromas of citrus and apple with notes of biscuit. Generous and slightly creamy on the palate with a crisp finish and fine bubbles.
