BALLECHIN 10 YEAR OLD 20CL

HIGHLAND: Ballechin 10 year old is Edradour’s ‘heavily peated’ expression is a lesser known gem. Relative to the Islay malts, the peat is much more subtle but generous maturation times in both bourbon and Oloroso sherry really shine through. Ballechin is the name of a fellow Perthshire farm distillery which closed its’ door in 1927. This expression is herbal and grassy with smoky chocolate notes and burnt heather.
